Mobility & Residential Services

During an 18 to 28-month term, the Mobility and Residential Services program takes you through our product development, marketing, customer operations and sales teams supporting our Bell Mobility and Residential products and services. After an orientation to Bell, you’ll spend 4 months contributing to customer experience in our call centres and Bell stores, then you’ll go through 6 rotations ranging from 3 to 8 months each.

Possible rotations:

  • Marketing
  • Pricing
  • Operations
  • Business Intelligence
  • Sales and Bell Stores

Your final rotation assignment and placement at the end of the program is based on a weighting of your skills, interests and Bell’s business needs.

We recruit for this program in early September, for a start date in June or September of the following year.

Testimonial

"During campus recruitment, Bell interviewers were open, honest, and approachable, but most importantly they were truly passionate about their work and the industry. That passion was infectious, and I was especially excited to learn about all areas of the business before settling into a permanent position. For someone unsure about exactly what they want to do or just curious to understand how the full business works, the rotational program is the perfect choice. Since starting at Bell, the transition from school to work has been seamless. My peers are great to work with, and we have constant support from our own Manager and from the Directors/VPs who are all looking to contribute to our growth and future development."
