This three-year program starts with a 4-week boot camp giving you the fundamentals of telecom and principles of leadership. You’ll then go through four 9-month rotations that will introduce you to areas including workforce management, customer provisioning, program management, project delivery and strategic planning.

Your final rotation assignment and placement at the end of the program is based on a weighting of your skills, interests, and Bell’s business needs.
We recruit for this program in early September, for a start date in May of the following year.
